One needs to think about big things while doing small things, so that all the small things go in the right direction. In our foundation, we intend to construct ponds surrounded by mangrove forests where migratory birds and marine life can take shelter from and build their own small world.
We have identified a piece of land located on the island of Murga bet, estimated at 5000 hectares. About 25% of the area is covered by mangroves and contains creek sublets.
Furthermore, we plan to develop this land with sea water ponds surrounded by mangroves and other marine plants as artificial shelter for migratory birds, marine life and for eco-tourism. Since alone we can do so little and together, we can do so much, you may join hands with us and help us the following manner:
1. Provide monetary help. 2. Spreading the awareness and taking initiatives to take up the matter with the Government of India and State Governments to protect all remaining coastal Wetlands. 3. Help us in procurement of land in several areas to develop mangrove forests & shelters to migratory birds and marine lives. 4. Be the guiding light for making a sustainable future. After all it has been rightly said, what we are doing to the forests of the world is but a reflection of what we are doing to ourselves and to one another.
